2.The adopted nitrogen gas cylinder for return stroke is quick and stable. Besides, this shearing machine can control its stroke by stepless adjustment mode.
3.The gap between edges of upper blade and lower blade can be quickly and easily adjusted thought the handle.

1. This QC11Y series hydraulic guillotine shearing machine is all-steel welded, and it adopts vibrating aging and heat treatment to remove the internal stress. Hence, this shearing machine features good rigidity and high stability.
2. It utilizes advanced integrated hydraulic system which enjoys good reliability.
3. The three-point rolling guide is adopted to eliminate gaps between guide rails, thus the shearing quality is improved.
4. Mechanical back gauge permits micro adjustment by manual operation. Meanwhile, the adjustment value is shown on the digital display.
5. Gaps between blades can be easily and quickly adjusted by the hand wheel.
