1.When potassium chloride reacts with sulfuric acid, potassium sulfate and hydrogen chloride gas will be produced. When temperature drops, produced hydrogen chloride gas will combine with H­­­2O to form into 31% hydrochloric acid.
2.Then we place potassium hydrogen sulfate and liquid ammonia into the pipe reactor, and high-temperature slurry can be obtained after chemical reaction between them.
3.When the produced high-temperature slurry is sprayed into this sulfur based, ammoniation fertilizer processing equipment, it will mix with raw materials and returning materials to generate particles. And their granulating rate can be 80%.
4.A high-efficiency and energy-saving hot blast stove is selected for our sulfur based, ammoniation fertilizer granulation machine. The specially designed high-temperature blower can offer various specific air volumes at different production requirements, and this blower is convenient to adjust.
