It is mainly used to produce organic and inorganic fertilizers, and its yearly output ranges from 10kt to 500kt.

This urea granulation process equipment, also known as urea granulator, is a kind of new machine that is jointly developed by our company and scientific research institutes.

Nitro-based Compound Fertilizer Process & Equipment Sets

Our nitro-based compound fertilizer process can dissolve ammonium nitrate phosphorus and utilize rotary drum granulator to produce a variety of compound fertilizers.

Ammonification Granulation Process & Equipment

Compound fertilizer materials, liquid ammonia from ammonia station, sulfuric acid sent by sulfuric acid pump and cleaning mixture are mixed in the granulation area of granulator to produce liquid ammonium sulfate with high temperature and low humidity. The resulting atomization steam can help granulation materials to grain and improve properties of granulation materials. Meanwhile, part of the liquid ammonia get further reaction with ammonium phosphate to participate in granulation. Granulation temperature is 60~75℃, and material moisture after granulating is about 2.5%. Inlet temperature of drying machine is 80 to 165℃ (flexible control based on the formula).

Rotary Drum Granulator

This rotary drum granulator is the key equipment in compound fertilizer industry. And it can be used in cold and heat granulation as well as large-scale production of compound fertilizers, which is of high, medium, or low concentration. This granulator can be used in conjunction with other fertilizer equipment, or used individually.

Spray Granulation Dryer

This spray granulation dryer is a kind of fertilizer equipment that integrates spraying, granulating, and drying into one. Based on the ammonium phosphor engineering spray granulator, Right Machinery Company, cooperating with Nanjing Chemical Industry (Group) Company Institute, has developed this special spray granulation dryer for sulfenyl NPK (Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium) compound fertilizer. Meanwhile, this dryer has incorporated granulating, drying, internal sieving, internal crushing, and internal returning into one body. Furthermore, this spray granulation dryer has features of new type, high efficiency, and energy conservation, etc.

Ball Mill

This ball mill is a kind of horizontal cylindric rotating device mainly used to grind large cement particles or sands into fine powder. It is a grade ball mill with two chambers. The main components of this mill are feeding part, discharging section, rotating part, and driving part. And the driving part is composed of reducer, small driving gear, electric motor, and electric control.

Vertical Mixer

This vertical mixer is a kind of fertilizer equipment mainly used to mix bulk materials and granular materials, such as chemical powders, putty powder, fertilizers, feeds and more. This vertical mixer can fall into single screw cone type mixer, double screw cone type mixer, straight mixer, and so on. It can be used independently as well as together with other fertilizer equipment.
